This place needs an overall update really bad. The dining area is very dated. I still remember when it first opened and was a big deal. That was over 15 years ago I believe. Well the only changes/updates that have occurred are that the "Bordertown" theme has gone away. It was an arcade. The sign is still up outside and the area is used for a very oddly empty secondary dining room. Service is slow. Staff is nice, but the service is just slow. The merger with KFC and the fact there are not Taco Bells or KFCs around is what probably contribute to this location still being in existence. It's good for drive-thru, but there's no reason to dine-in.

This place needs to be shut down. KFC never seems to have any chicken and always suggest 30 minute wait times. The employees display some of the worst customer service I've ever seen and the location is downright filthy.

If I could give a negative rating, I would ... I don't even know why I even come to this place. Years ago when my niece graduated, we stopped by, because we thought it would be fast and easy ... since we were starving after sitting through the longest graduation I've ever attended. Wrong!!! There was no one in front of us at the drive thru and it took forever!!!! So I told my elderly parents to get their money back so we can go somewhere else. Fast forward ... and nothing has changed. A few weeks ago I placed an order in the drive thru ... there was 4 or five 5 cars in front of me and NOT MOVING AT ALL. So I left, then the car behind me left ... and we both ended up going to the same place!!! So today, I decide to go inside ... because it would be faster, right? WRONG! The bathroom was disgusting, the kitchen didn't look too clean. I waited over ten minutes ... but never again. I'm done!!! I just feel bad for the families and elderly people who come here because they need something fast and affordable. Get new management and clean it up!!!
